Worldwide Media Coverage on Eithna's Restaurant Sligo & other Irish Tourist Attractions

Fáilte Ireland’s International Publicity team plans and pitches a number of specific itineraries for groups of mixed media from 20 overseas markets including television, radio, print and social media’s bloggers and instagrammers to  promote key messages.

Fáilte Ireland publicises internationally each year specific themes of interest such as Taste the Atlantic – A Seafood Journey on the Wild Atlantic Way’s Sligo/Mayo coast; Dublin’s Northside Attractions coinciding with the launch of the capital’s newest visitor experience, EPIC Ireland – the Journey of a People; The Star Wars film location at Skellig Michael and Kerry’s dark skies; the special heritage of north Donegal; experiencing storytelling and Ireland’s heritage in Ireland’s Ancient East from Celts to castles and two separate groups of international Bloggers covering the northern and southern parts of Ireland’s Ancient East respectively; co-hosting an initiative with Waterford Crystal for live broadcasts from Waterford City featuring Lismore, Rock of Cashel, the Book of Kells and Irish whiskies and beers on Evine Live TV to over 80 million American viewers in primetime etc.

As a result, Failte Ireland has sent us the international media coverage received which includes our seafood restaurant Sligo for the second Quarter of 2016, April - June.
